surely you could not have proposed a tax without having calucated the taxing rate as stated by you on the interview on CNBC on 1st March. Appreciate if you could let everyone know the rate of taxation and the date it will come into force (there is some confusion on weather the proposed tax is applicable from April 2007 or April 2008)
