DST Women Scientist Scheme (WOS-A)
Dear Mr. Finance Minister,
I am working as a principal investigator in DST's women scientist scheme, This is not a permanent job. The project is for three years. But the fellowship is taxable. After three years people like me have to search for another project to pursue our research career. With out any permanent job or income it is difficult to start any savings that can be exempted from paying tax. So I humbly request you to consider people like me those who don't have any permanent earning still they have to pay tax. Could you please make such schemes exempte from tax?
