Reforms in Higher technical Education
Dear Hon FM,
I will be very glad if you could allocate suffiecient funds to stregthen our higher technical education to cater global and local requirement. Also, it's high time that Indian institutions focus on R & D along with industry.
Also, strong growth and funding support is required in power sector. Unfortunately, in recent TH debate non of the speakers could even think of solving pathetic power sector problems even by 2015 and I am not sure they can do it even by 2020.
It is wise to develop power sector efficient, energetic and excellent before dreaming business in any other areas.
How can we continue with 45% power losses, 40% unpaid electricity bills, 15% power theft and 30% subsidy if not to rape power sector!
Currently, the R & D at IITs even do not match that of 100th rank international university.
