respected sir,
one suggestion, to reduce conjesion in cities and balance the growth equally thruout india ,please promote atleast one or two large scale industries in each taluk thru your liberalised FDI scheme with more financial facilities.so that many attached small scale industries will come up and all the low income group people will also grow economically.this also gives better infra structure to people living around. any possibility of irrigation being declared as industry as every day we can see people have stopped doing irrigation due to million reosons and india may face food shortage one day or it will become costly where they canot afford ,inturn india cannot dream of this sitiuation.
